Returns

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return send a email customerservice@naturallyuniqueboutique.com. Please provide picture of the item you will be sending back. Return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged during shipping. Any other reason customer must pay for shipping. YOU MUST initiate the return process before sending items back. A RMA# will be assigned to you. Packages without RMA#s or which have not been initiated for return correctly that arrive at the warehouse will be returned to sender. Items must be returned in original condition with original packaging to receive a full refund. Items received without the correct packaging could result in a restocking fee.  Order #

 Order date(if you have it available)

  reason for returning the item, and whether you want to have a replacement sent out or a in store credit added to your account

  Any pictures you can take of the problem or issue and attached to this initial email will help facilitate the return process. for any other issues a picture of the item returning must be included.
